When you buy a Nolvra product or subscribe to All-Access, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license — you are buying a license to use the software, not the software itself.

• •You may activate your license on up to two (2) machines that you personally own and use. Activation is managed through license keys and the Nolvra Hub.

• •Music you make is yours. Anything you create using Nolvra plugins and sounds — including released, monetized, and commercial work — is 100% yours, royalty-free.

• •You may not resell, redistribute, share, sublicense, or lease your license or license keys; and you may not repackage Nolvra sounds, presets, or content as another sample pack, preset pack, or competing product, in whole or in part.

• •You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the models or content from Nolvra software, except where law expressly permits.

All-Access grants access to the covered products while your subscription is active. If your subscription ends or a payment fails, licenses granted through All-Access are suspended after any applicable grace period. Products purchased outright are unaffected. Billing, cancellation, and refunds are described in the Refund Policy.

Keep your account credentials and license keys private; you are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend licenses obtained fraudulently (including chargebacks on delivered, activated products) or used in breach of these terms.

Some products include AI-powered features (e.g. Miles). Their outputs are generated suggestions and analysis — use your own judgment; we make no guarantee of accuracy. Data handling for AI features is described in the Privacy Policy.

We may update, improve, or discontinue features. License activations, downloads, and subscription entitlements depend on our servers; we aim for continuous availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Offline grace periods are built into the Hub.

Nolvra products are provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product concerned in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, or your non-waivable consumer rights.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence. Disputes are subject to the courts of Istanbul, Türkiye, except where consumer law grants you a local venue.
